The Brief
Christmas is one of the most significant moments of the year for ICP, bringing together client engagement, internal communication and brand visibility through a unified seasonal campaign. The objective was to create a consistent visual identity that could be adapted across corporate gifts, employee communications and digital channels while reinforcing the company's values and strengthening relationships with both clients and employees.
As part of the Marketing team, I developed the campaign's key visual across multiple touchpoints, including the corporate gift box, Christmas card, internal illustrations, HTML newsletters and LinkedIn content, ensuring a cohesive experience throughout the entire campaign.

The Process
The campaign was developed around a unified creative strategy while adapting the visual language to different audiences and communication goals. Corporate-facing materials, such as the Christmas gift box
and greeting card, followed ICP's brand guidelines to reinforce a professional and recognisable
identity for clients around the world.
In contrast, internal communications and the Three Kings Parade adopted a more playful,
illustration-led approach, using warmer colours and character-driven visuals to create an
engaging experience for employees and their families. This balance between corporate branding
and creative storytelling ensured that every touchpoint felt appropriate for its audience while remaining
visually connected as part of the same campaign.
Working closely with the Marketing team, I translated this creative direction across print, digital and event communications, designing the corporate gift box, Christmas card, internal illustrations, HTML newsletters and LinkedIn content. Alongside the creative work, I also contributed to the planning and delivery of several Christmas events, helping maintain a consistent brand experience across
one of ICP's most important annual campaigns.
