The Process

Developing Orgullo y Felpa required a structured production pipeline and close collaboration between all three team members. Throughout the project, we worked iteratively, regularly reviewing each stage to ensure consistency in both the visual style and the film's narrative. During the mentorship programme, we also had the opportunity to refine the project with guidance from industry professionals Irene Espada,
Nuño Benitez and Lorenzo de los Ángeles, whose feedback helped strengthen both the
creative vision and the production process.

My work began during the pre-production phase as Storyboard Artist, translating the script into a clear visual sequence that established the film's pacing and cinematography. During production, I modelled several key props, including the slide, music box and armchair, as well as the plush narwhal character. I was also responsible for the UV mapping and texturing of most environment props, the music box and the narwhal, helping to define the film's final visual identity.

In post-production, I designed the opening and closing credits using motion graphics, while also creating the promotional posters and all visual materials required for festival submissions. This multidisciplinary workflow allowed me to contribute across the entire production pipeline, from the earliest visual concepts to the final presentation of the project.
