The Process

FANGIRL is a personal merchandising project exploring how illustration can turn a shared fandom identity into a cohesive product collection. Inspired by the creativity of fandom communities, I developed the visual concept, art direction and illustrations, adapting them across tote bags, mugs and hoodies while balancing visual consistency, usability and audience appeal. The project allowed me to explore the full process of translating a personal idea into a commercially-oriented merchandise concept.-
